Having made numerous trips to Caithness ourselves to view properties that turned out to be unsuitable, we know how frustrating it can be to travel hundreds of miles, pay for flights, car hire, fuel, accommodation and be disappointed. We often wished we could ask a local to have a look for us before we decided to make the journey to view.

And that's what we can do for you.

We will view the property, plot or renovation project that you are interested in, on your behalf and send you a 30 min DVD of the property and the area immediately around it. Then you can decide if the property is really worth making the trip for. We can offer a bespoke service for your own particular requirements. For example where the nearest shops, schools, fuel stations, amenities are in relation to the property being viewed and include them on the DVD.

We are not estate agents and do not market or sell, so you can be sure you will get a completely unbiased view of the property.
